CELL PHONES AND PRIVACY
It happens in Movie Theaterrs, Library's, Hospitals, Schools, in fact it can happen anywhere. An impolite, inconsiderate, rurde, loud CELL PHONE user has no regard for anyone else around them. This is one type of infringement on privacy.

BALANCE BETWEEN SAFETY AND PRIVACY IN SCHOOLS - Recently the New York Sate Supreme Court upheld a decision where the N.Y. City School Syastem bans cell phones. Much to the dismay of many parents who believe that CELL PHONES are necessary for the safety of their children. An while this is a valid concern to some extent you have to ask, "What did we all do before there were CELL PHONES?" CELL PHONES are great for a driver in an emergency, and to report an accident or other incident. But why are they important in the CLASS ROOM! The fact is that they are an invasion of privacy for teachers and students alike.
