Knowing the general location of the
CELLULAR BASE STATION'S or
TOWERS can be helpful with many installations. If the quite zone you are establishing is in a high rise building you may find it bennefficial to place the JAMMER between the desired location (room) and the tower. For most indoor locations however there is enough shielding from the building structure itself that your jammer will probably work more effectively close to to a window or a doorway.
For open space, outdoor locations, it may be necessary take signal measurements at your site with a Spectrum Analyzer in order to determine precisely, the exact location and JAMMER output power (wattage) necessary to provide the blocking coverage you desire.
